What we collect

When you book a free Learning Diagnostic through this site, we ask for: the parent or guardian's name, a mobile number, the child's grade level, the child's school (optional), the subjects your child needs help with, a preferred schedule, and any notes you choose to add. That's all we collect through our forms — we don't ask for or store payment details, IDs, or any other sensitive information online.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to schedule your child's free Learning Diagnostic, follow up with you by phone or Messenger to confirm a time, and, if you choose to enroll, to plan your child's tutoring. We don't use it for anything beyond communicating with your family about KOTA's programs.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and enrollment information for 24 months from your last contact with us (your most recent message, visit, or enrollment activity). After that, it's deleted unless you're an active or recently active family, in which case normal enrollment records continue for as long as your child is enrolled.

Who sees it

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It's visible only to KOTA staff who need it to respond to your inquiry, and to the service providers who help us run this site and deliver email notifications (our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and our email delivery provider, Resend) — both process data only on our instructions, to operate the systems this site runs on.

Cookies, pixels, and advertising

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and it runs Google Ads and Facebook ad campaigns. These tools use cookies and similar technology to measure which pages and ads lead to a booked diagnostic, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in KOTA. You can decline non-essential analytics and advertising cookies using the consent banner shown on your first visit; declining doesn't affect your ability to use the site, book a diagnostic, or reach us by phone or Messenger.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask to see what information we hold about your family, correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, contact our data protection contact below — we'll respond within a reasonable time and confirm once it's done.
